OUR STORY

Definition Films is a full service video production company based out of Santa Rosa, CA. Founded in 2008 by Justin Liddell during his freshman year of high-school as a hobby, then officially becoming Justin’s full-time job in 2015, Definition Films has been a company pushing for high quality cinematography and creative entertainment that reveals why our clients are the leading choice for their customers. Through our in depth creative storytelling and cinematography techniques, we deliver cutting edge video production that attracts attention, on budget and on time. We are a company of creatives who are passionate and energetic about what we do. We have delivered time and time again in the harshest of environments and on tight schedules; still producing the best shots possible for our clients.

We take an ordinary concept and turn it into something remarkable through our cinematography and video editing. What sets us apart is our storytelling abilities. Through compelling storytelling, we can creatively showcase an event, market a company or promote a product. Definition Films can coordinate the full shoot from start to finish and all of the aspects that come with it, to make sure the final product is exactly what you desire. To us, Definition Films is not just a job, it is a way we express our craft and love for filmmaking and create everlasting impressions on viewers with the companies we service.

My company hired Definition Films to produce a short customer case study video and it turned out beautifully. Justin... and his team were so helpful and professional throughout the process. My work with Justin was entirely remote, as I live across the country, but I trusted him completely to create our vision with our customer, even though I was not onsite whatsoever.
