We worked with AARP to capture an interview with Shawn Brokemond at her home and supporting footage of her mountain biking, paddle boarding and conducting a training session with one of her clients. Former kindergarten teacher Shawn Brokemond (@sports_adven) took a midlife career risk to do more with her thrill-seeking hobby. At 54, she has no regrets.
