The Project
Alameda County Water District (ACWD), the public water utility serving Fremont, Newark, and Union City, brought us in to create a "who we are" brand film, a recruiting film, and an internal onboarding film, three distinct pieces serving three different audiences from one production.

The Content
Over three production days, we captured ACWD's team both in the field and in-office, along with interviews with staff members and a full library of still photography. Post-production delivered all three films, plus shortened 9x16 cuts of the brand and recruiting films for social media.

The Impact
The recruiting and brand films now live on ACWD's careers page and social channels, giving prospective hires a real look at the people and work behind the district, while the onboarding film rolled out as part of new employee training. The still photography rounds out ACWD's print materials, internal newsletter, and internal company archives.
