The Project
Our partnership with Ambassador Group has focused on one core idea: helping companies attract the right people by telling more honest, human stories about their culture. Through multiple projects, we’ve worked alongside Ambassador Group to visually demonstrate how thoughtful employer branding and hiring strategy can transform the way companies connect with talent.
In 2024, we collaborated on a case study highlighting their work with Cello & Maudru. In 2025, that partnership expanded into a full step-by-step video documenting how Ambassador Group reshaped the hiring experience for Crestwood Construction in Truckee.
The Content
Across both projects, our goal was to create clear, process-driven storytelling that feels credible, transparent, and easy to follow:

Rather than overselling outcomes, the content focuses on how the process works, making it approachable for business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers navigating similar hiring challenges.
The Impact
By clearly documenting the hiring journey, these films position Ambassador Group as a strategic partner, not just a recruitment service. The work helps prospective clients understand what’s possible when hiring is treated as a brand experience, not a transaction.
For Crestwood Construction, the result was a more intentional, aligned hiring process. For Ambassador Group, the films serve as evergreen tools that build trust, demonstrate expertise, and show real-world results in action.
