The Project
Bonterra, known for its organic and regenerative approach to winemaking, partnered with creative agency GRIT Studio on "Bonterra Guardians," a campaign built around the landscapes and environmental commitments behind the brand. We were brought in to capture both photo and video content on location in Occidental, CA.

The Content
GRIT Studio's vision paired Bonterra's wines with the seasons and environments that inspire them, aiming to connect a new generation of wine drinkers to the brand's relationship with the natural world. We shot around a forecast of rain, capturing interior scenes first and moving outside as soon as the weather cleared to gather as much landscape and location content as possible. The result was a visual approach different from typical wine industry work, grounded in environment and atmosphere rather than studio polish.

The Impact
"Bonterra Guardians" rolled out across social ads, print, and digital, giving the campaign's environmental message reach well beyond the tasting room.
