Here Be Dragons came to us with a very different style of project. “We’re going to film a cloud and then we need to animate a very specific face and mouth with multiple different nuances on it.” We filmed for a day at a couple of different locations. Watch the behind the scenes, we literally used a blow dryer to keep the cloud from spinning as the exterior portion of our shoot had some wind. We then got to work with post-production. We made a few different looks of the eyes and mouth. Once approved we began animating the lip movement and eyes on the scenes where they change. Overall the client loved it and it was a project that we’ve never had the opportunity to create before. Success!
